Terms and conditions.

1. Agreement and membership validity

By purchasing or possessing a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any minors accompanying you.

Membership use

Memberships are valid only for the scheduled dates and times, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. A membership grants entry for exactly one (1) person per scheduled event date.

Entry and conduct

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or failure to comply with security measures.

Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age and older who reside in the United States.

2. General restrictions

Each membership card is valid for one admission scan per event date. Whether the evening features a single screening or a double feature, one membership punch admits one member to that event. Each member needs their own membership card (QR code), and one card cannot be used by more than one person per event date.

Nocturne is not responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of unauthorized use of your membership card, log-in credentials or other information.

Treat your membership card like cash — it will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Your membership expires at the end of the season, so please use it.

3. Refunds and exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges are allowed, except as required by law (for example, event cancellation). Artists, lineups and venue details are subject to change without notice.

4. Liability, waiver and assumption of risk

Assumption of risk

You voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event (before, during or after), including personal injury, illness, death, or lost, stolen or damaged property. This includes risks from any communicable disease, even if contracted at the event.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PutreFactor LLC (Squee Prints, Nocturne) and all Event Organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the greater of $10 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms do not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

Waiver of claims

You release us from any claims connected with third parties. California residents: you specifically waive California Civil Code § 1542 regarding unknown claims.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold PutreFactor LLC and the Event Organizers harmless from any claims, losses or legal fees arising from your misuse of our services, violation of third-party rights, negligence, or breach of these terms.

6. Recording and photo release

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional purposes by the organizer.

7. General provisions

Definitions

"Event Organizer" includes artists, venues, teams, fan clubs, promoters, record labels, leagues and sponsors.

Updates

We may update these terms at any time; the version you most recently agreed to governs our relationship.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
